Eclectic Exchange Cohort

Join a community of leaders and managers learning from each other through structured, facilitated peer conversation.

Description

The Eclectic Exchange

The Eclectic Exchange is a cohort of six facilitated sessions for groups of up to six participants. Each session takes a single leadership topic and opens it up, drawing on well-tested concepts from research and practice to loosen the familiar stories we're told about organizational life and ask what actually lies beneath them.

The method is reflection and conversation rather than instruction. Participants come to each session with their own recent experience, listen carefully to one another, and test new perspectives against what they've actually lived. The aim is not a set of techniques but a deeper curiosity about what's involved in making things happen with other people — and the discovery of how much you already know.

Topics covered in this program include:

  • Accountability: It’s a tricky World
  • Being a catalytic leader
  • Dealing with Delegation
  • FeedFORWARD instead of FeedBack
  • Managing Conflict in Teams
  • Psychological safety at work

Format

Here's How it Works:

Before the session
No preparation required! You'll receive the guidebook ahead of time and are welcome to browse it, but the session is designed to work without any prep.

During the session
You'll meet in small groups for 90 minutes. You will read a passage together, reflect individually, then discuss as peers. The guidebook structures the conversation.

After the session
Each participant leaves with at least one concrete action commitment. The following month, you will check in on your progress before starting the next topic.
