Bookings

• Eclectic offers a full course calendar of live virtual workshops. The most up-to-date schedule of workshop dates and times is available on this website.

• Before registering for a workshop, please review the workshop description to ensure it meets your learning needs and that you meet all prerequisites (if applicable).

• All fees must be paid at the time of registration to confirm and secure your place in the workshop.

Changes and Cancellations

• You may transfer your registration to a future session of the same workshop up to 10 days before the scheduled date, without penalty. Changes after that time are not permitted.

• You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 10 days before the workshop. After that time, no refund will be issued. If a registrant has completed a personalized assessment before cancelling, the cost of the assessment will be deducted from the refund.

• You may substitute another participant in your place up to 3 days before the workshop (if a personalized assessment is included) or up to the start time for all other workshops. If the original registrant completed an assessment, an additional fee will apply for the substitute to complete their own.

• If Eclectic cancels or reschedules a workshop, you may transfer your registration to a future date or receive a full refund.

• Credit card payments are accepted for workshop registrations. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude GST. For alternative payment options, please contact administration@eclectic.ca.

Participation

• Contact information provided during registration will be used to share course details and materials—please ensure your information is accurate.

• Participants must have a reliable internet connection, a computer with updated software (typically Zoom), a webcam, and a microphone.

• If you require accommodation, please let us know at the time of registration.

Copyright

• Audio or video recording of workshops is not permitted in any format, in whole or in part, without permission.

• Materials shared in workshops—both verbal and written—are for the use of registered participants only. Materials (digital or print) may not be distributed to others who are not registered.

• The copyright of all workshop materials belongs to Eclectic Communications Incorporated or the designated content provider.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• The personal information you provide will be used to manage your registration and communicate workshop-related updates. Attendance records are retained for all workshops.

• Your information will not be shared with any third parties without your permission.

• During registration, you may choose to receive emails with updates, event invitations, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

• Eclectic adheres to a strict code of confidentiality for all participant information and documents shared during the workshop.
